ORDERS POSTING

As your wedding stationery is personalised and unique to you, cancelled orders following the approval of the final proof will have to be paid in full.

My cancellation policy is as follows:

* Cancellations more than 6 months before yor wedding date - 50% retained.

* Cancellation 3 - 6 months before wedding date - 50% retained plus an additional 25% cancellation fee.

* Cancellation less than 3 months before your Wedding date - 50% cancellation fee - i.e full payment of total order amount required.

My Wedding Stationery is completely handcrafted and slight variations will occur. This is merely a feature of genuine handcrafted product.

I will do my utmost to ensure that your stationery order arrives to you in perfect condition, however Debscrafts will not be held responsible for any damages once it leaves my studio or during the subsequent posting of indidual items ( i.e when you post your invitations to guests )

Debscrafts reserve the right to replace raw materials if they become unavailable.
